Insurance
Payment: Payment for office appointments, are due in full at the time of service. For payment we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard. We do NOT bill insurance in our office. For your convenience, we will provide you with a “superbill” with appropriate ICD-10 codes for you to submit to your insurance company for possible "out of" network reimbursement, or to apply toward your deductible if applicable.
